Sometimes we hold onto an outcome so tightly because we believe we know what needs to happen next.
We try to control the direction, anticipate what’s coming and make things happen - often because not knowing feels uncomfortable.
But the truth is, we don’t always have the full picture.
There are times when something we desperately want doesn’t happen, a door closes, a plan changes, or life takes an unexpected turn. And while it can be difficult to understand in the moment, sometimes that change is creating space for something we couldn’t yet see.
Our nervous system can crave certainty, but we don’t need to have all the answers to feel safe enough to keep moving forward.
We can take action where action is needed. We can make conscious choices and create the life we want - while also learning when to loosen our grip on the outcome.
Because sometimes, holding too tightly to where we think we *should* be going can prevent us from seeing where life is actually trying to take us.
It’s okay not to know.
It’s okay not to have all the answers.
And it’s okay to trust the journey, even when you can’t yet see where it’s leading.
*Life is about finding the balance between creating the life you want and trusting what unfolds.* 🤍
