Botox, Gua Sha & Face Massage (with breaks)

The most underrated tool? A BREAK!
Results often improve when you stop pushing and start pausing.

Botox relaxes targeted facial muscles to soften expression lines. Gua sha and face massage work differently, supporting circulation, lymphatic wellness, and tension release, so they can complement each other (just follow your injector’s aftercare before any facial massage).

Do, unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders, take 5 slow breaths, and learn the art of gua sha and natural face lifting with us.

▫️PRO GUA SHA FACE COURSE | ONLINE
is rooted in Chinese Medicine, supporting balance in the body’s Qi and encouraging healing from within.

You’ll learn TCM-based face mapping, traditional Gua Sha for the face/neck/shoulders/décolleté, key acupressure points + facial meridians, facial fascia release, and lifting/sculpting using our professionally designed Gua Sha board.

Traditional Gua Sha requires the skill to raise sha and the ability to read the face before, during, and after treatment.” Master Trainer,

Ready to go deeper than “pretty stones” and sweeping motions?

▫️Online, ongoing—start anytime from home.
▫️Internationally accredited. Open to independent professionals.

PRO GUA SHA FACE COURSE | ONLINE

Gua Sha is rooted in Chinese Medicine and works to support balance in the body’s Qi (inner wellbeing), encouraging healing from within, as well as assisting lymphatic wellness.

Grounded in TCM protocols, this course includes Chinese medicine face mapping, traditional Gua Sha techniques for the face, neck, shoulders, and décolleté, key acupressure points and facial meridians, facial fascia release, and lifting/sculpting methods using our professionally designed Gua Sha board.

Want to learn the art of Face Gua Sha with a TCM practitioner?

“Gua Sha is so much more than lymphatic drainage, effleurage, sweeping motions, and pretty stones. True Gua Sha requires the skill to raise sha and the ability to read the face before, during, and after treatment; there’s far more to it than simply gliding a stone across the skin.” Master Trainer,

▪️Online: Ongoing; start anytime, from the comfort of your home.

Not more stress.
Not more overthinking.
Not more emotional chaos.

Just calm mornings,
clear thoughts,
and a nervous system that finally feels SAFE.

In psychology, high CORTISOL comes from constant stress
and most of it isn’t even the situation…
it’s what you keep tolerating.

So maybe today isn’t about doing more.
Maybe it’s about protecting your peace a little better.

👉 If this is the kind of energy you want, send it to someone who needs calm.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for enhancing both facial treatments and body relaxation by consciously regulating the nervous system. For facial treatments, deep breathing improves circulation and oxygen flow to skin cells, which supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and promotes a natural glow.

For the body, slow breathing engages the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering cortisol levels to reduce tension and stress. This process not only relaxes muscles but also aids in lymphatic drainage, helping to eliminate toxins and boost overall wellness.

Do you incorporate breath work into your therapies?

In Chinese medicine, massaging the sinus area is a therapeutic practice used to address both immediate symptoms and their underlying energetic causes. Massaging this region works by restoring the flow of Qi and blood to the face to resolve blockages.

▫️Relief from Congestion and Obstruction

▫️Pain and Pressure Management

* Alleviates Sinus Headaches: Massage on points like Yintang and BL2, helps dissipate the tension and “Wind” pathogens that cause frontal headaches.

* Eases Facial Tenderness: By improving local circulation, massage reduces the tenderness and pressure felt in the cheeks and behind the eyes.

▫️Energetic and Systemic Balancing

▫️Beauty and Wellness Benefits

* Reduces Puffiness: By improving lymphatic drainage, facial massage can eliminate under-eye bags and general facial bloating.

* Relaxes Facial Muscles: Constant sinus pressure often leads to secondary tension in the jaw and forehead; acupressure can relax these muscles by up to 60% after regular sessions.

Just as water flows in one direction from one stream to another source of water, Qi flows through one meridian to the next. Meridians are separate, yet connected.

Meridian pathways are like rivers, and at times these pathways may become blocked. Stagnation means there is a lack of movement or flow. The most effective way to address this is through physical activity—moderate exercise is ideal for getting your Qi moving again.

How to Restore + Balance Your Qi

An imbalance in your Qi can result from insufficient nutritious food, clean mineral-rich water, quality sleep, adequate rest, and fresh air. By nurturing your body and maintaining harmony with your surroundings, you can restore and balance your Qi. Practices such as acupuncture, meditation, Qigong, deep breathing, and nature walks are excellent tools to support your wellness journey.
