It’s always such a pleasure to meet the incredible ballet teachers behind my dancers’ ballet training.

As a ballet physio, I know that the best outcomes come from working together. When teachers, dancers and physio are on the same team, we can support not just recovery, but stronger, healthier and more confident dancers.

Teamwork really does make the dream work 💪🏻👍🏻🩰

A great reminder that consistency, hard work and a lot of determination really do make a difference.

It’s such a pleasure being a part of your journey. Can’t wait to see what’s next. 💙 🩰

Exciting news for the summer! 🥳 Introducing our brand new Masterclasses for Adult Dancers! 🩰🩰🩰

Do your extensions feel harder than they should? 🤔 or perhaps you just haven’t progressed in a while? What about your Allegro? Are you struggling to get off the floor? Or perhaps you are concerned about landing safely and efficiently?

Join us to dive deeper into understanding the anatomy and physiology of how your body achieves Adage and Allegro. We will analyse the movements, pick apart any physical deficits that are holding you back, and work through a series of science-based exercises to improve them.

Created and delivered by Luke Abnett, an experienced ballet physiotherapist, and the company physio for the London City Ballet.

This is a rare opportunity to join - we are currently not planning any repeats!

In the full-on (and sometimes extreme) world of ballet everyone talks about doing more. More classes. More practice. More repetition. More exercises… But more of something that’s not quite right could take you further away from the progress you’re looking to make. We all have limited time - we’re too busy to be adding exercises that are too easy to strengthen us, or too difficult to do correctly. Apply the Goldilocks principle - not too easy, not too difficult, but just right! 👧🏼

Get in touch for a personalised assessment and exercise plan that is just right 😉 for you and your ballet goals 🐻 🐻 🐻 🩰

This one is for all my lovely recreational dancers - I am so lucky to work with so many people who are passionate about ballet.

Turnout is always a hot topic in ballet. Do you need flat turnout if you are a recreational dancer? 🤔 Let’s discuss! Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
