Feeling the pressure to try every exercise you see online? 🫣 Promises of quick fixes, instant strength, overnight results… 🙄

I’ll be honest - dancers’ time and energy are limited. What actually works is a programme that’s right for you, right now, in your dance journey.

Real progress starts with understanding what’s holding you back. That’s why proper assessment matters before adding more conditioning.

Let’s focus on what your body truly needs, so you can become a stronger dancer in a way that’s effective, safe, and enjoyable.

It’s always easier to build good ballet habits early, and so much harder to change the bad ones once they’ve settled in. That’s why targeted conditioning for junior dancers can make such a powerful difference right from the start. 💪🏻 🩰

Learning how to use the most effective muscles at the right time, building the strength needed for future pointe work, safely preparing the body for arabesques… the benefits are endless.

Thank you, , for the lovely feedback! We’re thrilled that Aubrie found our holiday classes so helpful; she’s an absolute star. 🌟

Bookings are now open for our Christmas classes. Come join us for some festive fun and experience what makes our physio-led training truly different (and a little bit special!). 🎄🩰✨

If there is a true “secret sauce” for ballet success, it’s targeted cross-training. 💪🏻 🩰

Strength and conditioning for ballet isn’t just a bonus - it’s one of the most effective ways to improve ballet technique, enhance control, and reduce injury risk. As a physio, I could talk about this for hours ⏰… so here is the start of that conversation.

Would you like to know more about the best ways to support your body through the physical demands of ballet, whether it’s strength, mobility, overload or injury prevention, drop your questions in the comments below or send me a DM. 👋🏻

Knees that don’t fully straighten in ballet are a big no-no… and I know so many of you are working hard to lengthen and straighten those legs. But here’s the thing: contrary to popular belief, if your knees are staying a bit bent, it doesn’t always mean your hamstrings are tight. Stretching them more isn’t always the answer! There may be something else going on. Watch my video to learn what might really be limiting your knee extension. 💡🦵🏻🩰
