This Saturday! Full Moon Reset: Release, Restore & Rebalance: 4:45-6:45pm Notting Hill 🙏🏻
🌑 Held in alignment with the energy of the September Full Moon, this immersive workshop offers a powerful space of release, illumination, and emotional rebalancing. The Full Moon naturally brings clarity, heightens awareness, and supports the process of letting go—making it an ideal time to reset the nervous system and realign with inner truth.
🤲🏻Through an integrated journey of Full Moon Sequence, Hypno Nidra, Gong relaxation, Kundalini mantra, meditation, and live music, you will be gently guided into deep rest, emotional clarity, and conscious release.
💜We begin with a grounding Yoga sequence designed to release built-up tension, regulate the energetic system, and establish a stable inner foundation. This opening practice supports the body and mind in softening, preparing you to enter a deeper state of receptivity.
💤From this grounded place, you will be guided into Hypno Nidra, allowing profound rest and restoration while the nervous system unwinds and awareness turns inward. This is followed by a deeply soothing gong relaxation, supporting the release of residual stress and creating spaciousness, stillness, and inner clarity.
🫶🏻As the journey unfolds, live mantra, chanting, and meditation will create a vibrational field that supports emotional release, presence, and reconnection to heart and self. The sound current becomes a guide, helping to illuminate what is ready to be released under the Full Moon light.
