☀ Warmer days are finally here!
And they bring warmer nights with them - which can bring new levels of anxiety about how to dress your baby at night to make sure they’re not too hot.
We’ve created this simple guide to help you decide what your little one might wear at night as the temperature changes. Remember, every baby is different, so use this as a guide rather than a strict rule.
A good way to check if baby is comfortable is by feeling their chest or the back of their neck. Hands and feet can often feel cool even when they’re perfectly cosy.
And remember, a cooler baby is usually safer than an overheated one.
Save this post for later and share with a fellow tired parent who’s also second-guessing bedtime outfits.
And remember to follow our friends for all things safe sleep.
