Thanks SASH Maternity This infographic is really clear and helpful for breastfeeding mums.

Exactly true breastfeeding is natural, but can sometimes be challenging, as it is a new skill to learn for mum and baby.
Being able to recognise when baby is attaching well and what is normal really helps BF get off to a great start.
