We’ll be meeting on Richmond Green and you just need to bring along a blanket to sit on and something to eat and drink for yourself. Share stories and make local connections :)

We’ll be talking about building a “toolbox” for birth - tools and tricks to help you with labour, what things are you including, which things are in the bottom for emergencies and which things are you leaving out? 🤰 👶 Our sessions are always free and are a great way to meet other expectant and new parents

Brilliant doula day trip to the Va**na Museum yesterday! They have some great exhibitions on about menopause, migrant experiences of menstruation and their permanent anatomy exhibition. Highly recommended making the trip - even though we work in this field we still found we learnt loads. Couldn’t resist a pic with the glampon 🩸! We also heard they have an upcoming exhibition to do with birth, so it looks like we’ll be back soon!
