It’s day 3 and the final day of ! We are taking part in the CDW Fringe Festival, and this time we are collaborating with Colorville aka who has supplied the paint for pretty much all of our window installations over the years 🔴🟤🟣🟢🟠🟡⚪️🔵⚫️

We are showing a series of hand-painted screen prints and colour cards in our window, and they are for sale too! Click the QR code on our window to Shop Prints.

About the installation:
We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Colorville / ,
the independent paint brand founded and run by Simon March, for Clerkenwell Design Week 2026.

A window installation at Cult Vision’s Barbican shop will bring together Colorville’s new collection of
hand-painted screen prints and colour cards, on display during Clerkenwell Design Week
(19 to 21 May 2026) at Cult Vision, 14 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AA.

About Colorville:
Simon March has spent 28 years making paint, and naming it in ways that have nothing to do with
heritage pastiche or trend forecasts. His colours take their names from popular culture, film,
cartoons and the street. The results are irreverent, precise and entirely his own. Joyful Misanthropy
is a series of hand-painted screen prints and colour cards, which March describes as an exercise in
the philology of color.

The prints are simple, modernist designs: tools to assist in making colour decisions. They are not art - however if you would like to hang them on your wall Simon would be delighted!

Well that was fun! We hope you all enjoyed the ‘Electro Mechanical’ installation of vintage retro pinball machines as much as we did 💥

From ‘Space Ball’ to ‘Crosstown’ and then ‘Beat the Clock’, each gave hours of fun and games, and we enjoyed having them around in our store🎰

We are glad they could brighten up the day for many Barbican residents and passers-by’s 🤩
