🌾🍂 Harvest Festival at Care UK 🍂🌾

The residents had a wonderful time celebrating Harvest Festival in collaboration with St John’s Church in Sidcup. ❤️ We enjoyed a lively service, celebrating the spirit of community, kindness and giving.

We were delighted that all donations went to support the food bank at the church, helping those in need within our local community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed and made the occasion so special! 🥰

A lovely intergenerational visit at Care UK! 💛🎲

We were delighted to welcome our local Girl Guides, who joined the residents for a fun evening of board games as part of working towards their badges! 🥰

The visit was made extra special by the lovely Iris, who is 100 years old and was once a Girl Guide herself! ❤️ What a wonderful full-circle moment, bringing generations together through laughter, games and shared memories.

We’re thrilled that this will become a monthly occurrence and can’t wait to welcome the girls back! 🌟

The residents have been getting creative this week as we celebrate the beautiful colours and traditions of Harvest Festival! 🎨🍁

There were plenty of smiles, creativity and a little bit of mess as everyone got involved making some wonderful autumn-inspired artwork. 🍂

A huge well done to everyone who took part — we think the finished artwork looks absolutely fabulous! 🌻🍎🍂

All harvest donations will be going to the food bank St.John's Church, Sidcup
