Our Home Care in Dulwich team support families across West Norwood, Camberwell, Streatham and Surrey Quays. A nationwide family run company, we understand how difficult it can be to support a loved one, which is why our carers each of our customer's comfort and independence first. Home visits start from 30 minutes and we also provide 24 hour live in care in Dulwich. Unlike introductory care agencies, our home care services are fully managed and fully regulated, with carers who are directly employed by us. We offer dementia care, palliative care, respite care and support for more complex healthcare needs, all the way through to housekeeping services and companionship.

Communication is about more than just words. For someone living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, finding the right words can sometimes be difficult. Small changes in how we communicate can make a big difference.
✨ Speak slowly and use short sentences
✨ Give them time to respond
✨ Maintain eye contact and use their name
✨ Stay calm and patient
✨ Avoid correcting or arguing
✨ Use gestures and visual cues when helpful
✨ Focus on feelings, not just facts
Most importantly, every conversation is an opportunity to help someone feel heard, respected and understood. 💜
