It is at these hub clinics that your egg collection and embryo transfer will take place, as this is where our state-of-the-art laboratories and highly trained embryologists are based.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Csaba Krisztán, our Laboratory Manager at CREATE Fertility Wimbledon.
 
Csaba has worked as a clinical embryologist since 2013. He has broad experience in IVF, ICSI, embryo cryopreservation, blastocyst biopsy and PGT, as well as laboratory quality management, staff training and regulatory compliance. His particular interests include data-driven quality improvement, laboratory informatics and the implementation of new technologies in assisted reproduction.

Meet our experts 🔬
 
Today we’d like to introduce you to Mario Terribile, our Laboratory Manager at CREATE Fertility London (St Paul’s).
 
With a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, a Master’s degree in Biotechnology of Reproduction and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology, Mario is an experienced and highly motivated fertility professional. He has an analytical mind, enjoying evaluating evidence and adoption of evidence-based practice within assisted conception services.
 
Having worked at CREATE Fertility London since September 2014, first as a Senior Embryologist, then as Deputy Manager, he now leads the St Paul’s lab as our Laboratory Manager. This progressive career development enabled him to gain extensive experience in both hands-on embryology practice and senior operational leadership. Prior to this, he worked as a Clinical Embryologist at the European Hospital in Rome, where he developed his technical competencies in a highly specialised reproductive medicine environment.
 
As a multilingual professional, speaking Italian, English and Spanish, Mario enjoys supporting patients from a variety of different backgrounds. He understands that fertility care is a deeply personal and often emotionally demanding experience, and is committed to ensuring that every patient interaction is handled with sensitivity, respect, and clarity.

While TPO is no longer permitted in cosmetic products in the UK and EU, there is currently no reason to panic or assume that a recent gel manicure has affected your fertility.
 
As with any ingredient linked to reproductive health, it’s important to put the headlines into context. The presence of an ingredient in a cosmetic product doesn’t automatically mean that using that product has an impact on your ability to conceive.

Meet our experts 👩‍⚕️
 
Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Bradwell, our Head of Nursing at CREATE Fertility Leeds.
 
Katie qualified as a Registered Nurse from the University of Leeds in 2005, beginning her nursing career in cardiology before specialising in fertility nursing in 2013. With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through fertility investigations and treatment, Katie played a key role in establishing the Leeds clinic in 2020. She has held various senior roles including Fertility Nurse Consultant and Deputy Nurse Manager at CREATE Fertility Leeds, before becoming Head of Nursing in Leeds in 2026.
 
Having developed a specialist interest in reproductive ultrasound, Katie completed the Level 7 Ultrasound Scanning for Reproductive Medicine module and Level 7 Clinical Reproductive Practice module at Edge Hill University in 2015 and 2016 respectively. She is also committed to fertility nursing education, supporting and developing colleagues to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
 
Above all, Katie is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centred fertility care and supporting patients throughout every stage of their fertility journey.
