10 course vegan fine dining at 📍

💰 £95 per person for 10 course tasting menu

This restaurant has been on my list for years and I thought what better opportunity to visit than for my mum’s birthday. Honestly each course blew me away, all their own unique experience. The caviar was wild, the goat’s cheese was soft & tangy, and the pasta dish was a real highlight. 10/10 experience would return.

a friend sent me this voice note after I announced , and listening to it a few times has really made me realise how lucky I am to have people who believe in me, even on the days when I doubt myself.

as opening day gets closer, the doubts are getting louder:

have I hired enough staff?
am I spending too much money?
how will I manage the stock?
will the food be impressive enough?

starting this journey is scary, but it only exists because of you & the support you’ve shown me over the years. that’s what I’m holding onto.
