As part of Infant Mental Health Awareness Week, I wanted to share a few words from Steph, one of the lovely mums who attends my classes 💛
The early months of parenthood can be joyful, overwhelming, beautiful and challenging all at once. Having a space where parents can connect, slow down, and spend meaningful time with their babies can make such a difference.
Baby Massage and Baby Yoga are about so much more than the activities themselves—they are about nurturing relationships, building confidence, supporting wellbeing, and creating a sense of community for both babies and parents.
