✨ Coming Home to Your True Self ✨

Tonight we have 16 people on our Sanctuary Meditation connecting to the Higher Self, that part of us that already knows the way to our best life.

So much of our suffering comes from living through the negative ego: the fear, the doubt, the old stories that convince us we are small, unworthy, or stuck. But that voice is not who you are. Underneath it is your Divine Self, your Higher Self, your True Self. Wise. Whole. Already free.

Learning to recognise the negative ego and to gently release its grip is one of the most powerful things you can do for your life.

When you lead from your Higher Self, you move through the world with clarity rather than confusion, empowerment rather than fear, and guidance that comes from within rather than from outside approval.

Know Thyself: The Great Work

Socrates spoke a truth that echoes through millennia: Know thyself. And he warned us: the unexamined life is not worth living.

These were not idle words. They were an invitation to the Great Work, the sacred purpose woven through human existence.

For over eight thousand years, the Mystery School Tradition has preserved this ancient wisdom and kept pure and alive by handing it down from teacher to student, serving humanity across ages. This lineage is alive today, once hidden only available to royalty, today available to all who seek deeper understanding of self and universe.

But why does the unexamined life bring such suffering?

Because without self-knowledge (Know Thyslef), we wander blind.

We chase external fixes, new jobs, new relationships, new places, new shoes, alcohol, drugs, sugar, etc searching for joy outside ourselves, trying to numb the discomfort, never realizing the void we’re trying to fill lives within.

We suffer unknowingly, doing what does not serve us, walking in circles, endlessly searching.

The path to knowing thyself begins with awakening.

Life Activation reconnects us to our original blueprint, awakening our physical and spiritual DNA so we can begin the journey of remembering who we truly are.

This journey requires empowerment. Through the Empower Thyself initiation, we receive the tools to lead our lives with clarity, to overcome the negative ego, and to listen to the guidance of our Higher Self, that divine connection within us.

But knowing thyself is not solitary work. We must serve. To know thyself, we must help another being remember who they are. Through service, we deepen our own remembrance.

True Freedom Comes From Discipline

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of commitment, discipline, consistency and importance on focusing on long-term creation.

So often in today’s world, we want everything instantly. This craving for instant gratification pulls us away from creating our greatest dreams and becoming the best version of ourselves. We try something for a day, decide it isn’t working, and move on. But in truth, we never dedicated enough time, discipline, or consistency to master that skill or build the dream we wanted.

We think we’re seeking freedom. But we’ve confused freedom with chaos — no rules, no accountability, just doing what we want in the moment. That isn’t freedom. That’s a lack of dedication, a lack of self-love, and a misuse of the will.

Think of it, like anything else worth having in life.

One healthy breakfast doesn’t make you healthy for life.
One trip to the gym doesn’t build a strong body. If you want greatness, if you want to become the best version of yourself — it requires self-discipline, commitment, and consistency in directing your will, your love and your passion for what you’re creating.

In the Mystery School tradition, we’re reminded that self-mastery requires walking the path. The path has many steps. The further we go, the greater the responsibility, the greater the commitment and the greater the SUCCESS, JOY AND FULFILLMENT❤️

This progression starts with Life Activation, which awakens our divine blueprint and reconnects us to who we truly are. This is just the beginning. It opens the door to the initiatory path. Receiving the Empower Thyself initiation, which gives us the tools to overcome obstacles, outgrow old patterns, and quantum leap toward greater maturity, empowerment and responsibility.

We got an opportunity to have a lovely lunch at Soul Bowl Bistro and chat to owner Chirag.

Beautiful food - lovely company- time well spend :)

Life in London can be filled with magickal moments 💖

Today I had busy day but managed to fit it self-care - I recieved a beautiful healing session from Cécile George . Yes as a healer I still receive sessions. We are limitless and we can always grow and expand to the next level of our potential 💖.

I finished day with Iced Spanish matcha at How Match lovely cute coffee shop in central London.

If you haven’t been I highly recommend!

On my way home listen to nice music in the underground 🎶

Now Resting by the river and watching a sunset. This is one of my favorite things to do.

Perfect way to complete the day !

On my way to the gym I noticed this beautiful magickal spot.

It made me think - that beauty and magick is always around us - we just need to learn and allow ourselves to see it.
