☠️ No, I don’t want to hear about how sunbeds are ‘good for acne, eczema or psoriasis’. The risks FAR outweigh any tiny benefit.
☠️ Research from the University of Manchester (Eden et al.,2022) tracked the impact a total ban would have on 620,000 18-years-olds in England. It suggested there could be 1,200 fewer cases, and 200 fewer deaths in the lifetimes of the 18-year-olds they projected the model on. This is published in the British Journal of Dermatology.

⭐️ Avene is that faithful friend, who admittedly I’ve taken for granted.
⭐️Over the years this has been the brand I find myself recommending for patients with sensitive skin and one I use myself when my eczema flares.
⭐️Did you know Avene is a tiny village in south west France close to the Black Mountains? In 1743 the first hydrotherapy establishment opened when the benefits of the spring water were discovered.
⭐️It’s healing properties helped aid the recovery of victims of the great fire of Chicago in 1871.
⭐️ During the coming weeks I’ll be learning more about the range and sharing this with you.
