Last couple of days with Early Bird prices for the Autumn Equinox Women’s Retreat. It’s happening on the actual weekend of the equinox. It couldn’t be more MAGICAL ✨

Benaisha, Carina and Lila are putting together their knowledge and practices to offer for the 3rd time their retreats supporting women to live more connected with themselves and more fully.

These is very intimate retreats - 3 facilitators for 13 women - where different tools are used to support this journey.

Besides it’ll take place at .croft.farm.escape, where you’ll have the opportunity to be immersed in nature taking some time for yourself. (Check their profile - the venue is STUNNING!)

The season of autumn invites us to celebrate the gifts, the harvest of our everyday life whilst reminding us and giving us the opportunity to let go of what doesn’t serve us further. It’s not easy but we’ll be there supporting you throughout the process.

This Friday evening, we’re having our first monthly TRE session.

Here is what you can expect:

TRE is a natural and effective way to release stress and tension from your body. The process includes seven simple moments which help to activate our internal reflex mechanism that is felt as tremoring, shaking or vibration.

Move, Shake, Connect classes include:

- Short introduction to TRE, how it works and the guiding principles: self regulation, grounding and going slow

- Guided experience of the exercises and learning how to start and stop safe, therapeutic muscle tremors
- Supported space to explore your body shaking
- Time to rest and integrate (the TRE savasana!)
- Sharing and questions

All exercises are optional or can be modified to suit all bodies and needs. Please read the advisory info on the booking page before attending or contact Chandani if you’re unsure if a group class is the best way to begin your TRE journey.

Perhaps you’re like us and craving a Reiki community and a space where we can all deepen our practice through conversation, questions, exploration and sharing Reiki with one another.     
  
Come join Jess .reiki and Chandani in 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘙𝘦𝘪𝘬𝘪 on April 30th from 2pm-4pm. We'll be at a different location this month at the lovely in Willesden Green North London.   
  
This month we'll be exploring 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 & 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞. We'll talk about what a daily self practice can look like, what keeps people from practicing consistently, how we can alleviate the pressure of self practice by looking at Reiki as something natural and everyday rather than something external and mystifying. We'll also share some Reiki techniques that you'll be able to incorporate into your day to fit your busy schedule.

3 days to go for our Fundraising day towards Brent_Foodbank

It’ll be an afternoon of donation-based classes to support Brent FoodBank. We ask that you donate either cash, or goods (or both!) The Foodbank have asked specifically for long-life products, canned goods and toiletries. They are unable to accept fresh produce.

And as an extra special treat the wonderful Kohi that makes Organic Japanese Skincare (you may have seen them around the studio!) has donated 10 boxes of her products which you can purchase at the day of the event. All the proceeds will go directly to the foodbank and we are so grateful for this generous gift.
