Les Mills Bodybalance 10.30am

Just a note that the Rec centre is closed public holidays, so no classes Monday 2nd Feb, or Friday 6th.
But we have an extra yoga flow on Wednesday 4th!
So next week:
Monday 2nd closed
Wed 4th 10.15 Pilates
11.15 Yoga Flow
Friday 6th closed

Monday 9th back to normal timetable
