This balm is particularly powerful because it’s jam packed with most of the powerhouse oils and they really work together to heal skin that needs that extra bit of TLC.

I feel quite lucky to have as my mum. I know a lot of people feel like that about their mums, or the lucky ones do at least.... but as well as being totally selfless towards her family (sometimes too selfless), she also spends whatever time she has left looking after others.

She’s dedicated much of her life to healing people and making them happier and healthier. She’s a reiki master (the highest level) and has attuned many others so that they can practise reiki themselves... Starting Sprigs was just another way to help... it started out as just playing in her kitchen and giving little pots and bottles to friends... and actually tbh not so much as changed since then!

Anyway, back to Reiki. If you are interested in some distant Reiki (unless you’re around Derbyshire and want to visit her in person) get in touch with directly. She does free zoom classes and has some amazing retreats coming up in Derby and Glastonbury.
