When only black rice will do I know we are in the middle …..and I crave the creamy substance of black rice with cardamom, milk and a little bit of sweetness.

So soothing for the stomach which is linked to the in between.

Every time the season shifts I am like oh yes this is my favourite 🪴

In Five Element Theory, spring is associated with the Liver and its wise little friend, the Gallbladder. Together they keep everything in flow, body, mind and spirit ⛩

Spring is also associated with the element of wood 🪵 gentle, persistent and filled with creativity ✨
