Reflecting
… all I can say is but God.

At the beginning of this year, I made a promise to myself to step into rooms I once felt I didn’t belong in.

To be present. To be open.
To be obedient to the calling. And God made it possible for me to be in that room.

Friday night was amazing !!
A celebration of powerful, inspiring women and the allies who continue to support and uplift such a beautiful movement. Truly, well done to the entire Global Queens Community team

And… your girl won.
I won the Global Queen Award .

I receive this with so much honour and gratitude. Thank you to everyone who nominated me, voted, shared, reposted, liked, and stood with me in this moment. Your love and support do not go unnoticed.

Being in that room reminded me of something powerful:

Go to the rooms. Knock on the doors. And when they open, walk through them not with ego, but with humility.
Be open to learn, to listen, and to grow.

I’m overwhelmed. I feel blessed. And I’m so grateful for this journey. (tears of Joy are real)

Looking forward to passing the crown to next year’s Global Queen… but for now, I’ll wear it with purpose and grace

A year of choosing myself and sitting with uncomfortable change.

Not everyone made it through, so I hold this moment with gratitude and humility.
God opened doors I had never entered before, and in obedience, I walked through them.

10 speaking engagements, 3 outside the UK, and The Healing Table creating a beautiful, growing community.

Thank you for the rough and the smooth.

A heartfelt shout-out to the She Won Community in the UK 🇬🇧 and Ghana 🇬🇭.
Thank you so much for inviting me to be a guest speaker at your virtual event. It was beautifully organised, filled with positive energy, meaningful conversations, and valuable information.

I truly enjoyed attending, sharing space, and simply being present in such a supportive and inspiring environment.

A big shout-out to all the speakers and to the wonderful hostess and MC, Adarkwah, for holding the space so well.
Grateful for the connection and the experience .

So please, give yourself permission to rest.
Create space for yourself.

It's so important to take care of ourselves, especially during the holiday season, when stress can sometimes take a toll. Family and close relationships can provide comfort and connection, reminding us of our value, but it's crucial to prioritize our well-being and remember our worth, no matter the circumstances.

Hi Guys it's Fran from The Healing Table. This year the team and I have decided to give back by doing a toy drive . These toys will go to a children's charity just before Christmas due to the current cost of living we as a team feel that its only right to support the younger generation with a gift at Christmas.
