What are you afraid people will think?
It’s such a simple question. But there’s usually a lot underneath it.
Maybe you’re afraid people will think you’re too much.
Not experienced enough.
Too opinionated.
Not as confident as you “should” be.
Or maybe the fear is being misunderstood, criticised, rejected, disappointing people, or being seen getting something wrong.
It’s not always about the visibility itself.
It’s about what your nervous system thinks might happen if people see you clearly.
Inside the next Seen Collective live, we’re focusing on the fear of judgement.
We’ll use EFT tapping to work with the body’s response to being seen, so you can begin to feel safer with other people having opinions.
The intention is: People can have opinions about me, and I can still be safe.
The Seen Collective is my monthly EFT tapping space for working through the emotional patterns that stop you speaking up, showing up, sharing your work, setting boundaries and being more fully seen.
