Bad night's sleep = bad food day. Every single time. π΄
It's not a coincidence β it's biology. Poor sleep spikes the hormone that makes you hungrier (ghrelin) and dulls the one that tells you you're full (leptin). So after a rough night, you're not imagining it β you genuinely crave more, and stronger.
This is the habit nobody puts on a diet plan, but it might matter more than the diet itself:
β
Same bedtime, even on weekends β
Screens away 30 mins before bed β
Cool, dark room β
Don't fight a bad-sleep day with more willpower β support it instead
That last one is honestly where PhenQ helps me most β the days after bad sleep are when cravings hit hardest, and having a bit of support takes the pressure off willpower on exactly the days it's already running low.
How many hours did you actually sleep last night? Be honest π
