December - Helped with recovery for his training camp, he went on to WIN the British heavy weight title, unbelievable achievement 🥊

Jan - Attended the national running show to sell and promote my warming and cooling products - they also got approved by Holland and Barrett and Amazon, hard work begins to pay off 💪🏼

Feb - Hyrox training begins. Bloody hard work. Enough said. 💦

March - Joined team for the baller league. Great time helping the boys out in our debut season. ⚽️

April - Aided in recovery and saw her become undisputed, she’s going right to the top! 🔥

May - Provided treatments for international padel tournament in Whetstone where some of the worlds best players competed. 🎾

An unbelievably busy period and bigger things lined up this year too 👀

There’s a million different gadgets out there that claim to fix all sorts of problem, but most are quick sell gimmicks.

I’ve been using the Kineon Move+ red light therapy device for almost 2 years now and have seen great results in clients, particularly for tendon and ligament issues.

This isn’t just red light therapy, it’s laser infused red light meaning the light can actually pe*****te into affected areas far greater than your usual red light devices which don’t go far enough.

🌱 The National Running Show delivered once again selling my products with some amazing people met and an exciting new opportunity for me I can’t wait to share!

💪🏼 Hyrox training begins… it’s nice to have a goal set again this year to keep me motivated - it makes a massive difference for me otherwise I fall of the rails.

👶 Dad life! Having a million things going on aswell as this keeps makes things interesting at times but I can’t imagine having a boring life! First holiday completed ✅
