This year we’re Taking Action for
Mental Health Awareness Week!
We asked some of the ML team to give us their top tips for taking action to support their mental health.

We’ll be sharing a tip a day all this week and we want to hear from you!
If you feel you need any extra support with your mental health, please reach out to the following sources of support:
➡️ Your GP
➡️ Your mental health provider if you are under mental health services
➡️ 111 if urgent
➡️ In the case of an emergency, please call 999 or attend A&E
