Step into Spring! 🌸 with our weekly Tai Chi/ Qigong Classes in Southgate, London! ☯️

Tuesday Evening Tai Chi Qigong Class with Qualified Qigong Instructor Lina Spyrou
6-7.15pm | Southgate, London N14

~ Tai Chi Qigong is a simple, flowing exercise class that helps increase your vital energy and gently stretches, moves and opens your body and joints.

~ Instructor Lina will help you deepen into relaxation through gentle movement, guided visualisation and energised breath to music.

~ Each week we connect to the season and the elements in nature.

~ There will be a relaxing Sound Healing Meditation at the end of the session.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing to move around in and bring a bottle of water.

6pm to 7.15pm

Please arrive early from 5.50pm onwards to settle in for a 6pm promt start
