Deconditioning is a major and preventable contributor to loss of independence among older adults. It is not an inevitable consequence of ageing - it is preventable and reversible. We have played a key role in identifying and advocating for the prevention of deconditioning for many years. This hub has been created to support our members in improving outcomes for older people by identifying and preventing deconditioning.
