A little recap from our Community Class at the weekend 🧘🏻‍♀️☕️👯‍♀️☀️

Another lovely morning spent together 🫶 and what a day we had for it! ☀️

Thank you so much to Dads Coffee for once again being superstars and providing the best hot drinks ☕️❤️

So this weekend its international yoga day🪷🙏🏼 and what better to do than to come together to move, breathe and connect. 🌀

This is the last community class for a little while before I head back home to the UK for the summer. 💛

All the usual faves, yoga, treats, Dads Coffee providing the hot drinks + at this time of year we might even be lucky enough to spot some whales 🐋.

The last one for a little while… 🥹✨💛

⏰Saturday 29th June | 10am - 11:30am

Some of you will know that I’m heading home to the UK for a little while over winter, so I thought we’d squeeze in one more Community Class before I go. 🤪

We will start with yoga, suitable for all levels, followed by hot drinks from Dad’s Coffee to keep us warm (included in your ticket) and of course some yummy healthy treats afterwards 😋.

There is something so special about this time of year, plus any excuse to be outside and watch for whales is 🤩🐋.

This will be the last class for a little while, so I would love to have you 💛.
