Hi, I am a Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist & Coach. I have been working in mental health since 2010; including with working aged adults with mental health issues in hospital wards, teenagers with learning disabilities in schools & older adults with dementia in the community. My work embraces diversity, including all ethnicities, neurodiversities, social backgrounds, genders,

sexual & relationship preferences. I offer a safe & nurturing space to let go of what does not serve you & to reconnect with your Authentic Self. My approach is holistic, integrative, trauma-informed & solution-focused. It incorporates the cognitive, behavioural & interpersonal, whilst harnessing the power of the imagination & the wisdom of the body to deal with mental & emotional distress in the here & now. I have an Enhanced DBS & am registered with various regulatory organisations. All sessions are currently offered online only.
