Hey Queens! This is a reminder I needed as my whole routine is just out of sync and I was desperate to get back to โ€normalโ€ but I was reminded that it is okay to start again, to start finding the balance, creating a routine and healthy habits all over again. When we experience changes we have to learn to adapt to these changes and it doesn't happen overnight so give yourself time to start again and find your new groove ๐Ÿ’›
