Everyone I train has done so for years, but always tell me the same things…
It worked for a while, now back to square one.
I’m doing the same workout each time because I feel comfortable
I hate this version of me and want to feel confident again
I’m scared to push myself.
The last one always gets me because, it’s crazy how in life we can be scared of our potential. Why is it human nature to self sabotage
Progress though, sure as hell comes when we follow a plan, change what our body has got used to and have the confidence to push ourself.
Most people wait for the perfect moment to start this process, or wait until they feel strong..
But this is the most backwards way of thought.
Leap of faith.. sense of urgency.. call it what you will. But your best version of yourself is on the other side of starting something big, bold and full of challenges.
