Pulse Club x Putney Chiropractic 🥵🥶

We had a great time at the Pulse Club the other day when Craig, Isaac, and Connor called in for a sauna and a cold plunge. We'd highly recommend this great facility that's arrived at Putney. It has a huge sauna and four cold plunge pools: two of them at 3° and two of them at 8°.

Contact us for the 20% discount code for Putney clients to be able to use to get discounts off anything from a pop-in, one-off, or even their monthly memberships.

At Putney, we recommend the use of sauna and cold plunge as a great way to flush the system and help with any inflammation that your body may have. We see it as a great way to aid healing at the start of any care plan if you are inflamed or in pain, or just as a part of a great routine to do on a weekly basis to keep the body healthy and moving. Ask your chiro beforehand if appropriate.

✨ This week Craig met Conór Ward, our Irish rep at Putney who’s worked with us not once, but twice over the last decade. Can you guess his favourite stout?
