Honoured and deeply grateful to be recognised as Best Preventative Integrated Health Clinic 2026 – London at the GHP Mental Health Awards 🏆 (Global Health and Pharma awards)

These awards celebrate organisations that demonstrate true dedication, excellence, and quality in the care they provide — so this recognition means a great deal.

As a GP with an extended role that combines my extra skills in Schema Therapy, Occupational Medicine and Functional Medicine, my approach goes beyond traditional models. Many patients come to me worried that conditions like depression will be met with a “one-size-fits-all” prescription. Instead, I focus on understanding the full picture.

My approach combines medical expertise with deeper psychological insight — including tailored medication where appropriate, blood tests to identify underlying contributors, structured assessments and schema-informed exploration to understand root causes, as well as lifestyle, self-help strategies, and guidance on the most suitable therapy when needed.

This allows for more accurate diagnosis of complex mental health conditions and truly personalised, comprehensive management plans.

If you’re struggling, please don’t suffer in silence. You’re welcome to come and see me at my private clinic on Harley Street, where we take the time to listen with empathy and work through your concerns — no matter how complex — drawing on my diverse skill set.

To book, please contact us via the email in bio.

Thank you to every patient who has trusted me with their care — this work is only possible because of you 🤍

A fairytale wedding of a modern day princess 👰🏻‍♀️ I’m not going to bore you with clichés about becoming complete or finally finding your happiness, for I believe one is already complete on their own, and happiness is an internal state that should not require outsourcing to another, it would be unjust and non sustainable. In my work, I help my patients find happiness and find themselves through inner work and cultivating regulatory mechanisms, be happy first then cultivate and add elements to your happy self.

Now, let’s get to the wedding details for my girlies who might want inspiration Yey! 👰🏻‍♀️

Ring: 💍 Tiffany &Co (My something new)

Manicure: 💅 Polka dot and chrome on white with Tiffany blue accents. Oh so bridal and so this year, just in case when I’m elderly and demented, I may forget which year I got married but I don’t think I’d forget manicure trends by year 😂

Flowers: 💐 White Cala Lillies, pink roses and blue hydrangeas

Venue: Grade 1 British 🇬🇧 building, my favourite architecture type and a tribute to my wonderful adoptive country of Great Britain where I have been living since university.

Location: Regent Park, because I’m a Marylebone girl! And London is my favourite city in the world 🌎

Handbag: Wifey for lifey by Sophia Webster (Also my something blue and borrowed)

Jewellery: Pearls of course! My birth stone and a classic! (My something old)

Dress: The Ian Stuart flower bomb
Considered one of the most iconic wedding dresses of all time, thay it was shown at the V&A wedding dresses exhibition 2014

Sometimes the most powerful prescription isn’t a pill — it’s a hug for your younger self. 💫

The “hug your younger self” trend may look like just a picture, but at its core, it’s a reminder of the importance of inner child work.

So many of the challenges I see in clinic — from burnout, fatigue, digestive symptoms, anxiety, even hormonal imbalances — are not just medical, but deeply connected to how our nervous system and psychology have learned to cope since childhood.

One of the tools I use in some cases, is ask my client to print a picture of their younger self, write a letter to her/him and read it to them tenderly whilst looking at the picture. It invokes facing instead of running away from your inner child. A skill I learnt during my training in Schema Therapy, not GP training.

That’s why when I design management plans for my patients, I integrate my skills from both trainings, psychology into the clinical picture — because sometimes, addressing the root cause means giving space for the inner child who still longs for safety, care, and healing.

And this isn’t just a concept — in my clinic, I provide tools for inner child healing, schema work, and nervous system support, so that your treatment plan doesn’t just patch the problem, but transforms it from the inside out.

✨ If you’ve ever wondered why symptoms keep repeating — even when the scans and tests look fine — it might be time to listen to your younger self.

📩 DM or email us to book a consultation if you’re ready for healthcare that treats the whole of you — body, mind, and story.

That is how Dr Houda became a highly respected London GP.

A major aim for me setting up the business Dr Houda 360 was always social impact and contribution to the greater good, that I could extend the reach of the wealth knowledge and skills I’m blessed with, not only to the patients that I’m privileged to meet and provide personalised care for at Harley Street, but also to those whom I might never have the opportunity to meet, and who could somewhere in the UK or the world benefit from information or motivational messages I share.

Thank you I’m humbled and honoured 🩵

On international Tennis 🎾 day, here’s a tribute to one of the best sports ever, with memories from and

Tennis is one of the best sports for cardiovascular health and is also a great connection and active pastime with friends whilst also soaking up some vitamin D. So, it’s a win win healthy activity, one of my favourite in the Spring-Summer season, both to play and watch.

In London, there are several courts one could hire and several courses one can join to learn via the where you can search for courses in your area. My favourite to play is Regent park, although my pictures above at at Hyde Park.

What’s your favourite activity to do with friends in summer? Can you think of healthy activities to connect with friends whilst living well?

Are you team morning shower or nighttime shower? 🚿

Either way, you probably haven’t ever stopped to question whether it's actually better to shower first thing in the morning or last thing at night. But is one option actually better for your general hygiene? To get to the bottom of the burning question, we asked two leading experts (a GP and a healer) at the 🔗 ⬇️ – and you might be surprised to hear the definitive answer.

🎄✨ **Staying Healthy This Christmas Season!** ✨🎄

The holiday season is a time for joy, celebration, and togetherness, but it can also bring challenges to our health. Here are some tips to keep you feeling your best while enjoying all the festivities:

1. **Balance Your Plate**: Enjoy those holiday treats, but try to fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. They’re packed with nutrients and will keep you feeling satisfied!

2. **Stay Active**: Incorporate some fun physical activities into your celebrations. Whether it’s a family walk, ice skating, or dancing to your favorite holiday tunes, keep moving!

3. **Hydrate**: With all the festive drinks around, don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated helps with digestion and keeps your energy levels up.

4. **Mindful Eating**: Savor each bite and listen to your body. Eat slowly and enjoy the flavors, which can help prevent overeating.

5. **Prioritize Sleep**: Amidst the hustle and bustle, make sure to get enough rest. Quality sleep is essential for your overall health and well-being.

6. **Manage Stress**: Take some time for yourself. Whether it’s reading, meditating, or simply enjoying a cozy cup of tea, self-care is important during the holidays.

Remember, it’s okay to indulge a little – the key is balance! Wishing you all a happy, healthy, and wonderful holiday season! 🌟❤️
