✨Soulful Sunday ✨

Under the energy of Venus retrograde…

This week, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and look at the places in our hearts that are asking for our love and attention , a chance to revisit our relationships, reassess our values, and reconnect with what truly makes us feel loved, worthy, and whole.

Because, guess what… you’re worth it !!!

Take a few breaths and pick the card that calls you 🙏🏽✨

Which card are you choosing? 1, 2 or 3?

Card 1 - The Hermit
Card 2 - 9 Wands

This quote is such an affirming message for a theme that keeps popping up 🙏🏽

…Even though we don’t need permission,if there was ever a sign, let this be it.

The prayer is simple;

…courage to shine bright

…radiate your true light

…and allow it’s glow to offer warmth, hope & joy.

To EVERYONE you meet.

Why everyone ?… because everyone you meet is in YOU✨🤍💛✨

🤲🏼🙏🏽🌀

Dare We?… yes! said the child.

I’d been waiting patiently, for you, to remember me.

Permission, to remember.
Not give a duck 🐥and do what your heart desires.

To cry, laugh, be still or dance.

Only you know and can decide.

Seeing with the eyes of love, wonder and innocence we can send;

Light to darkness, healing to pain

A changed perspective 🙏🏽

I just returned from Ireland 🇮🇪

Moving the energy through my body

🦅🦄
It’s ok to be magestic like an eagle
It’s ok to be a child and play
be a unicorn amongst horses 💚

The importance of integration post ceremony is often overlooked.

It’s admittedly a privilege … but equally an integral part of any energy work.

How do you find time to integrate what your soul is discovering and knows ?

I surrendered to what I can and cannot do

It can often feel uncomfortable post ceremony…it can sometimes feel great

Welcome it all 🙏🏽

…

Thank you
And all my Irish soul family

Cacao ceremony dates will be shared soon with Fridays added this time 🙏🏽

I heard you mx
