Starting Tuesday 13 January 2026, the Ryan Neuro Therapy Centre will launch a FREE
8‑week Falls Prevention Programme designed to help reduce fall risk and promote
independence.

This programme is ideal for anyone who has experienced falls or feels at risk. Each
weekly session includes:

50‑minute exercise class to build strength and balance
Education topics based on NICE guidelines, covering:
Falls risk awareness
Foot care and footwear
Balance components
Dizziness and blood pressure
Home safety
Mobility aids
Medication side effects
Hydration, sleep, and nutrition

👥 Small group sessions (up to 12 participants) ensure personalised support.
