Hi I'm Iva, a very curious, explorative soul full of love and desire, on a path of expanding my knowledge every step of the way. My ever known interest in mind, body and spirit took me to medical school and on a path of personal development, spirituality, psychology and ongoing path of healing with alternative modalities. It effected me in all my areas of life so much so that I decided to tech both perspectives, medical and spiritual(reality) in one through Breathwork and Massage. Working and helping people was always my biggest desire, all the self work I’ve done until now, shows up in my work with clients, in their lives and people around them, which makes me more than happy.

Reminder for whole year and forever👆🏽

Whenever you find yourself in a difficult situation, frustrated, feeling out of control, remind yourself that everything from outside is happening for a reason and all you can do is to control your emotional state, how you will take it, what you will say and how you will act………

Regarding to all of the above inner transformations you can do which are in your control…..the world will look differently, maybe not immediately but within short time✨

All it takes is AWARENESS 〰️ REMEMBERING THE ABOVE 〰️ CONSCIOUS SLOW PACED BREATHING for inner peace 🫶🏼
