Since my mum was recently discharged from hospital, we have been very happy with the level of care she has received. All of the carers are kind, compassionate, and respectful, which has made a real difference as my mum has had to adjust to accepting extra help.
Communication has been excellent, and the carers are usually very punctual. On the rare occasions they have been delayed, it has never been very long, and we have always been kept informed.
We really appreciate the support, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the whole team. It has given our family peace of mind knowing that my mum is in such good hands. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful care you provide.
