Serving families during one of the most difficult times of their lives is always a true honour. From the first contact through to the arrangements, the day of the funeral and beyond, the team at JH Kenyon is committed to providing the highest level of support, ensuring every loved one receives a fitting and personal farewell.

Reviews such as this mean the world to us. Knowing that the families we serve feel cared for and supported throughout every stage of the funeral journey is truly humbling.

Thank you for entrusting your mother's care to Laura at our Hampstead branch during such a difficult time.

Delighted indeed to welcome to our Westbourne Grove offices of the President, Vice President and CEO of the National Association of American Funeral Directors, and to learn of how funerals are carried out in the United States of America. A lovely few hours of fellowship and our distinguished guests were shown items from our archives, and were especially interested in those relating to the funerals of Sir Winston Churchill, and members of The Royal Family. We exchanged gifts and our welcome visitors were given copies of our Firms history booklets.

On this day 82 years ago, tens of thousands of courageous British and Allied soldiers, sailors and aircrew took part in the D-Day landings, the largest seaborne invasion in history.

Today we remember the service and sacrifice of all those involved, commencing the liberation of France and Western Europe and turning the tide in the Second World War. Together with personnel from the United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, France, Greece, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Denmark and Poland, British forces showed immense courage, and endured great sacrifice.

We will remember them.

JH Kenyon Funeral Directors have a long and cherished heritage of serving the clergy and faithful of Westminster Abbey, and the parishes of the Church of England. It was lovely to see the new Archbishop of Canterbury, the Rt Hon and Rt Rev Dame Sarah Mullally make her first formal visit to this most special place in her new and important role. Dame Sarah is pictured with the Dean, the Rt Reverend David Hoyle.
