🏃‍♂️2026 Roach Valley Relay🏃‍♂️
This year’s Roach Valley Relay took place under perfect conditions, with warm sunshine and clear skies setting the stage for an outstanding day of running. The four-stage course showcased the region’s beautiful rural scenery, including picturesque stretches alongside the River Crouch.
Teams from a range of local running clubs competed with enthusiasm, demonstrating the strong community spirit this event is known for.
🚑 EMS Response provided comprehensive paramedic cover throughout the event, including strategically placed medical teams, stretcher ambulance, and 4x4 off-road units along each leg of the relay—ensuring all participants were supported safely from start to finish.

Full afternoon of Muay Thai and K1 boxing. 🥊 Ringside Paramedic for on site safety, treatment and triage. Always a well organised day by our friends at Bloodline Gym with safety as a priority.

Some pics captured from last Sundays Rochford Half Marathon. A great turn out of runners who welcomed a dry sunny day, following a week of unsettled weather. Response provided a number of response units on the course and the Start / Finish location. Events

🏃‍♂️ And they were off. 1,000 runners took on the 15 mile multi terrain course that is the . Not for those wanting an easy day. Starting with a decent followed by hills and mud. Some stunning scenery across the Hadleigh Downs, across fields and trails, up and down some testing terrains then heading over the Canvey before a return to Hadleigh. Just when they thought it had become flat… the hills and mud returned for the finish.
🚑 EMS Response had teams of clinicians in Ambulance 4X4s & Response Bikes to ensure the course competitors had medical support available should it be required. Amazing marshal and spectator support as always. Dry, sunny and almost perfect running conditions made for a more pleasurable experience for everyone.

🏃‍♂️ The final running event of 2025 took place in mild conditions, with a largely dry course and minimal mud.
The 🚑 team was present throughout the course and at the finish area to support runners requiring medical assistance.
As always, the event was extremely well organised by . 🏅 Congratulations to all the runners, and a sincere thank you to and their dedicated marshals for their outstanding support. 👏

Our team were kept busy treating a number of medical and trauma related issues. Nothing our dedicated on site team couldn’t cope with. It’s days like this when you realise the importance of booking the correct medical support. Don’t come unstuck by having inappropriate and ill equipped medical teams at your events.

🏃‍♀️ This mornings Cross County Run organised and hosted by . A well planned and marshalled course with hills, mud and water to add additional challenges. 10.00 saw some younger athletes taking in the course followed by a longer adult course at 10.45. Great turnout and team spirit. Thank you as always to who just get on with the job in hand.

Some images from Sundays Rochford Remembrance 10 mile run. Runners were blessed with dry and sunny conditions. Competitors of all abilities, took on the 10 mile road course. clinicians were positioned throughout the course varied response units to give competitors and marshals, peace of mind.
