It’s the final day of this years 3 day Essex Summer Fest, held at Harrow Lodge Park in Hornchurch, Havering. Something for the family to enjoy today. have had a team on site providing first aid to advanced care for our client. One of the stalls has been kind enough to bring out team a selection of confectionary delights and amazing smoothies over the weekend that have been very much appreciated. London.

This morning EMS Response we on site with a new client Events supporting their competitors and staff. The Leigh-on-Sea 10K Classic is a brand new summer race by the team behind The Lap.

Starting and finishing at Leigh Marina, the race combined a scenic seafront setting with an energetic race-day atmosphere designed for runners of all abilities from experienced club runners chasing a PB to first-time 10K runners taking on a new challenge.

With a fast and flat course, strong community support, music, timing, and a buzzing event village at the marina, the Leigh-on-Sea 10K Classic aims to deliver a memorable race-day experience from start to finish.

Our team were available at the start/finish and for course response.

🏊‍♀️🚴🏃‍♂️Tri Sport Essex once again hosted their multi-sport event, welcoming young athletes alongside a wide range of adult competitors. Designed to be inclusive, the event provided an excellent opportunity for newcomers to experience the sport in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Now in its fifth year, this event marked a first for 🚑 . We were proud to support our client by providing a dedicated Paramedic Team, delivering transition area and course medical cover, alongside additional cycle course response.
It was fantastic to see so many young athletes taking part, with friends and families turning out in great numbers to cheer them on. Congratulations to everyone involved in making the day such a success.

Today two of our clinicians were covering two separate Muay Thai events in Hackney. The highly anticipated FIST FEST 2026 hosted by Bender Defenders took place at Chats Palace Arts Centre in Hackney, London. It featured a full afternoon of q***r Muay Thai and K1, followed by an evening social.

Bender Defenders is a community-led martial arts and empowerment movement operating in East London, designed specifically for q***r, trans, and gender non-conforming folks. Their sessions ranging from introductory training to events like FIST FEST are trauma-informed, focused on empowerment, and geared toward building supportive community spaces.

Amazing atmosphere with a very enthusiastic and supportive crowd.
EMS response were ringside for event safety, first aid and triage.

2026 Rayleigh 10k – A Resounding Success!
Our client RTC Events delivered an outstanding edition of the Rayleigh 10k. With overcast skies and no rain, over 500 runners enjoyed perfect conditions for this popular cross-country event. The varied course took participants through open fields and sheltered woodland trails, with some challenging hills adding to the rewarding experience.
🚑 EMS Response was proud to provide full on-site medical cover and event safety support. Our professional team was deployed with two response bikes, a 4x4 support vehicle, and a stretcher ambulance, ensuring rapid access across the entire course if required. We’re pleased to report that our services were not needed on the day, a testament to the excellent organisation and the responsible running of all participants.

🏃A few images from this morning’s Junior Cross Country event at Hadleigh Park🏃 It was great to see so many young athletes from running clubs across Essex taking part.
hosted another excellent event, with dedicated club marshals helping to keep the course safe and well managed. After the warm-up and safety briefing, the competitors were soon underway.
