Next Moon Circle Mon 25th March 7-9pm.
A sharing circle for connection & healing, using holistic tools and the moon's energy.

Have you been feeling powerless? Do you need to do away with any power struggles?
This full moon's focus with be on our relationships and the power dynamics within them.
It may be a good time to let go of certain relationships or it could even be something subtle like the ending of a thought pattern or dynamic. Either way, this full moon in Libra is set to be impactful as it will also be a lunar eclipse.

It will be a few days after the Spring Equinox and what is considered the astrological new year a time when we can start again and wipe the slate clean. Who's looking forward to that? I know I am!

WELL WOMAN YOGA - THURSDAYS 10-11.30AM

Well Woman Yoga is a specific path to yoga, and indeed involves specialised training courses, in order to teach it.

It is a uniquely, therapeutic approach, as it was designed by women for women, and takes into account the fact that our bodies are different to men’s and, to a degree, to each other’s and that we are also creatures of cycles. These cycles are honoured in the sessions.

Bernadette undertook both part one & part two of the Well Woman teaching diploma in 2011-12 with Dr Francoise Freedman and combined with her 30 years of overall yoga teaching/ therapy experience, has developed her own approach, whilst also staying true to all the tenets of Well Woman yoga-the most important underpinning of it all being “grounding”- physical, mental & emotional.

Each block is 5 sessions

At Samhain it’s time to shed our old layers, like Autumn leaves, to reveal our true essence.

Our yoga will take on a deep stillness with both Yin and Restorative practices. The specially selected pranayama will encourage a more meditative quality. And a long “deluxe” Yoga Nidra invites us to surrender peacefully into the darkest phase of the darkest half of the year. Samhain ritual and Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage) are also included.

From the dark comes the light.

THE RETREAT

This 1 day retreat is an opportunity for accountability, introspection, intention setting and taking action towards that through a vocal toning practice called the “heart song” for emotional and energetic release. This is a powerful practice where you will be given the opportunity to release pains from the past allowing you to feel lighter, have a voice and create space for the new cycle ahead.

You will have the opportunity to review and reflect upon your past cycle(s) taking what serves you and letting go of what doesn’t. You will have the possibility to release difficult situations and emotions that may have built up, as well as anything you may have been holding onto or not had the time and space to properly digest.

Often the hardest processes hold the biggest lessons. Yet it is only through hindsight that we come to learn of them, therefore, looking back is a fundamental part of growth, practicing non-attachment and letting go.

After, the release practice there will be time for integration through sharings, an energy-healing meditation, and crystal healing to end the day feeling grounded, relaxed, and soothed; a real balsam for your body, mind, and soul.
