This client had been doing marital arts for over 10 years, and started getting pain in his right shoulder, and the upper part of the right back. The pain became so severe he had to stop training, through trying to rest it and using different self treatment techniques nothing was working. He came to
for help, so we got to work 🔨

During the assement we noticed he had limited mobility during left cervical side flexion which was causing a pain down the right arm. He also had limited mobility in the right shoulder during abduction, flexion and internal rotation.

Treatment consisted of:
🔵 Passive upper trap release
🔵Pec release to relax the traps
🔵Myofascial release over rhomboid to improve internal rotation
🔵 Passive shoulder mobilisations
🔵Releasing the latts to help with shoulder adduction

After treatment:
🟠Imemdiate reduction of pain
🟠Improved cervical mobility
🟠Improved shoulder mobility
🟠No longer was getting a shooting pain which was noticed during the objective assessment
🟠Improved confidence and better education of his condition

Client came to me because he was having pain in his neck and back. He woke up a few days ago in agony and expressed He could not move his neck.
As you can see from the picture on the left, he had very restricted movement in cervical rotation and side flexion. Told him not to worry and got straight to work 🔨🪒

Treatment consisted of:
🔵Passive Cervical mobilisations
🔵Upper trap release using a unique treatment method I've developed
🔵Pec release to help drop the traps further and relax his shoulders
🔵Myofascial release of mid traps and rhomboids
🔵Shoulder retraction mobility

After the treatment:
🟠Instant improvement in cervical rotation as evidenced in right picture
🟠Immediate reduction of pain
🟠Better and improved posture
🟠Muscles around the scapula are much more relaxed
