Save this recipe for the ultimate summer snack inspiration 📩

Recipe:
〰️ 100g cashew nuts, soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes then drained
〰️ 1 tsp high quality peppermint extract
〰️ 3 large tablespoons of Wild Nutrition’s Organic Protein + Superfood Powder
〰️ 1 cup yoghurt of choice (greek or coconut is best)
〰️ 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
〰️ 1 heaped tsp matcha powder
〰️ 4 tbsp boiling water
〰️ *Optional - dark chocolate chips

Method
〰️ Add everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
〰️ Pour into ice cream moulds and set overnight
