It's so funny, how backwards we have been conditioned to be.

The world we live in teaches us to work first and play later. Only once you've completed your tasks can you relax.

But that belief is nothing but indoctrination, and it keeps us disconnected from our own magic.

The truth is when you prioritise play and rest you actually allow your creative juices to be replenished. You increase the good vibrations in your body, and that supports you in being able to be more present, more focused and more efficient when you come to complete your work.

Often, when I feel myself beginning to get overwhelmed by my workload, I do the exact opposite of what you would expect.

I switch off, take myself away from it all and allow my nervous system to relax through pleasure.

When I return, my head is clear. I can organise my thoughts better and I get a lot more done; usually in less time.

Just food for thought 🧡

People often confuse safety with calm.
But healing was never about just feeling calm.

It’s about teaching your nervous system that expansion is not a threat.
That you don’t need to contract every time you grow.
That you don’t need to expect something to go wrong just because things are going right.

That is the work.

Sagittarius Full Moon — 31.05.26 🌕🏹

Back in December, the Sagittarius New Moon planted the seed for the Fire Horse year — asking us to dream bigger, aim higher, and expand beyond old limitations.

Now, 6 months later, this Full Moon brings a moment of reflection and revelation.

We’re really excited about this collaboration.

Over the next 7 months, Mary will be inside Wellness-essary guiding us through a sound journey through the chakras.

Alongside each sound healing session, we’ll also be going a bit deeper into the chakra we’re focusing on — so it’s not just about leaving feeling lighter in the moment, but actually having space to understand what’s come up and integrate it into your life in a more conscious way.

Kat will also be bringing in a monthly deep dive from a Chinese medicine perspective, which adds a really rich layer to the whole experience.

It’s becoming something really multidimensional — sound, education, embodiment, and integration all woven together.

Our first sound healing immersion will be on the 14th June at 8pm, exclusively live inside the Wellness-essary app.
