Arrived at Panoramahaus Pilmeroth for a weeks restoration, gardens are recovering from the relentless summer heat, it hasn’t rained here much so some of the newer fruit trees still struggling, I’m off to water them now!

If you look in the corner of my treatment room, you may find my new P Line bike - helping me get from A to B more quickly, with more fun and a little bit of adventure - I travel by train into Paddington (well, when the Elizabeth Line is actually running 🙄), then most bike journeys will take me through Hyde Park and their fantastic, dedicated cycle routes - I used to turn my nose up at the Bromptons and their little wheels, but I have to say, they ride like a dream on the flat tarmac, precisely what i will be doing with it. I went for the 12 gear option so it can handle inclines if needed, and with this gearing, it feels like it rides way better and faster than my electric Gocycle (there’s drag once you try to cycle beyond the assistance limit at 15.5mph), who would have thought?! Here’s to happy legs, and a bit more daily exercise and fun! 💪🚴

✨ Mondays: This will be a bi-monthly clinic subject to availability and demand, and will likely be in Mayfair or Marylebone, or both. Bookings for these will open a month in advance

✨ Tuesdays: 9am-7pm in Belgravia

✨ Wednesdays: 10am-2pm in Mayfair

✨ Thursdays: 9am-7pm in Marylebone

✨ Fridays: 12-2pm in Belgravia
