Therapy might not fix everything overnight. But most people leave their first session feeling something they hadn't in a while - relief.

Yesterday, our team came together for our quarterly All Hands meeting.

From launching the Learning Academy for our staff, to pushing forward our digital transformation and embedding even stronger patient pathways with Start2Stop, this All Hands was a chance to reflect on a strong quarter, celebrate the incredible people behind our work, and look ahead to our future plans.

To end All Hands, our CFO took to the ice cream bike and made sure everyone left with one to mark the beginning of summer.

Behind our Senior Leadership Team in this photo are the words our team submitted when asked how they would describe our people.

We're so proud of this team. Always.

Grounding techniques don't erase your anxiety. But you can learn to turn the volume down 🧠

These grounding techniques can help:
βœ… Slow, intentional deep breaths
βœ… Tense and slowly release your muscles
βœ… The 5-4-3-2-1 method - name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste.

Save this for the next time your mind starts spiralling. If you need professional support, we're here.

Your anxiety isn't random, there's actually a reason for it 🧠

Your brain works like a smoke detector. Over time, it gets oversensitive, goes off constantly. Even when there's no fire.

This is what anxiety looks like
❌ Can't concentrate
❌ Feeling overwhelmed
❌ Paralysed by small decisions
❌ Replaying the same thoughts on loop

You're not overthinking. Your nervous system is just trying to protect you. Recognising that is the first step.

Save this and share it with someone who needs to hear it. If you need professional support, we're here.
