The seven-chakra system functions as an energetic and psychophysiological map of the body, mind, and emotions. Each chakra corresponds to specific nerve plexuses, endocrine glands, emotional patterns, and mental states. When a chakra is blocked or overactive, it can manifest as distinct physical symptoms or emotional challenges.

✨Dwara - is a Sanskrit word that means door, gate, portal or gateway. It signifies a threshold or an opening that connect the internal self to the external world. Chakras act as energy (Dwara) though which emotions , life force (prana) and external stimuli flow in and out of the mind and physical system. ✨💚

Crown chakra (Sahasrara): associated with spiritual connection, higher consciousness, enlightenment, unity, divine wisdom, inner peace, purpose, and transcendence.

- Top of the head (crown)

Ways to balance
