An amazingly atmospheric autumnal Adventure Nordic Walk along the Greensand Way from Westerham to Sevenoaks. The day started grey & cloudy, then turned into heavyish rain by lunchtime. A lovely pub stop in Ide Hill with a roaring log fire to dry our wet jackets and trousers, a beautiful & eerie afternoon walking through woods draped in heavy mist whilst spotting various mushrooms & colourful fairytale toadstools. Another pub stop in Sevenoaks before trains home. A beautiful day out 💕.

A gorgeous sunshiny October morning for our Nordic Walk up on the hill! Warm in the sunshine but a definite chill to the wind meaning extra layers were needed for coffee afterwards!

A warm, muggy kind of morning up on the hill for our Nordic Walk & we even had a few rain showers afterwards! So lovely to see the hill turning green again after the hot & dry summer!

A wonderful day out on an Adventure Nordic Walk in Surrey & Kent along the Greensand Way! The day started grey, but the woodlands we walked through were amazingly lush & green, qnd it was so muggy & warm it felt at times like walking through tropical rainforests!! The clouds lifted later & we finished the day with glorious blue skies and a pub stop!

Oh what wonderful 3 days & 2 nights Florence House for our annual Nordic Walking & Yin Yoga retreat! An amazing group of 19 women, calming & deep-releasing Yin Yoga, delicious vegetarian food, wet & wild as well as sunshiny Nordic Walks along the coast, fire pits in the dark of the night, ice creams on the beach, and many great memories, conversations & new friends made along the way! Already looking forward to our 2027 & 2028 retreats by the sea!

More than 50 days without rain and the parched yellow of the previously lush green grass & meadows on Hilly Fields are as desperate for a bit of rain as we all are! At least today was a little cooler with the cloud cover & a gentle cooling breeze 🙏🏻

A glorious day out on an Adventure Nordic Walk from Balcombe to East Grinstead. Just over 10miles up and down the hills and valleys of West Sussex through baking hot sunshine & cool damp green of the woods. Great views, great company & great day out! Look forward to the next one on mid-September!

A glorious morning for our Sunday Nordic Walk up on the hill with much cooler temperatures making the warmth of the sun feel comfortable instead of intense like of late. But could we please have some rain ☔️ soon, pretty please 🙏🏻?
