We are super excited to announce our 6th 'Business of the Month'.... Loughton! 🎉💜

Bambino City Loughton is a soft play café in Debden, Loughton, designed for children aged 0–6 and their families.

Combining imaginative play with exceptional coffee, freshly prepared food and a calm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place where children can explore while parents relax and enjoy quality time together.

We have been working with the lovely Sara, to discuss the demands of caring for young children and the pressure this can put on our bodies, as parents and carers.

We want to highlight how important it is to look after your body aswell as the children (easier said than done!) in order to be the best version of yourself...watch this space! 👀

We’re delighted to share that Poppy is now a fully qualified BSc Physiotherapist. She is fully registered and now practising Physiotherapy at SV Sports Therapy! 🎉💜

Alongside her Physiotherapy expertise, Poppy is also a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, giving clients the benefit of hands-on treatment combined with evidence-based rehabilitation.

Poppy treats a wide range of muscle, joint, bone and nerve injuries, using a holistic approach that combines manual therapy, personalised exercise programmes and practical education to help clients regain confidence and get back to doing what they love.
