Training on autopilot looks like:
They show up, skip their warm-up and mobility work, repeat the same workouts, and hope something changes.
The problem isn’t a lack of effort. It’s a lack of purpose.
Most of the attention goes to the chest and arms, while the muscles that support good posture, healthy shoulders, a strong back, and efficient movement are often neglected.
Over time, that imbalance shows up as rounded shoulders, a hunched upper back, nagging aches, and a body that looks and feels older than it should.
That’s exactly what I focused on with Solomon.
Real progress for men isn’t just about building a bigger chest, bigger arms, or lifting heavier weights. It’s also about standing taller, moving better, feeling stronger, and building an athletic body that naturally looks better.
If you’re working hard but still feel stuck, don’t train harder.
Train smarter and with purpose.
I’ve got a few private one-to-one sessions available this week.
