Everyone forgets things from time to time. But persistent or worsening memory changes, especially when they begin affecting everyday life, are worth discussing with a healthcare professional.

Seeking an assessment doesn't mean something is wrong. It can be an important first step towards understanding what's happening.

There are three main types of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), each affecting the brain and spinal cord in different ways:

- Relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) – periods of relapse followed by partial or full recovery
- Primary-progressive MS (PPMS) – gradual worsening of symptoms over time
- Secondary-progressive MS (SPMS) – begins as RRMS, then progresses more steadily

Recognising the type of MS is important for finding the right treatment and support.

Positive thinking doesn't mean ignoring difficult emotions or pretending everything is fine. A healthier approach can be learning to reframe negative thoughts into perspectives that are more realistic and balanced.

Instead of asking, “How can I think positively?” try asking, “Is there another way to look at this?”

Small shifts in perspective can support mental wellbeing.

This ADHD Awareness Month, it’s time to talk about The ADHD Gap.

Living360’s new campaign is shining a much-needed light on the gaps that still exist in women’s ADHD diagnosis and care—from symptoms being overlooked to the years some women spend masking, compensating and wondering why everyday life feels harder.

Greater awareness can help us look beyond outdated ideas of what ADHD is “supposed” to look like and make more space for women’s experiences to be understood.

Move more—but perhaps more importantly, find movement you enjoy. 🚶‍♀️

A new study suggests leisure-time physical activity is associated with a lower risk of dementia, raising interesting questions about the role of enjoyment, choice and social connection in exercise.

“Regular exercise improves cardiovascular health and blood flow, helps control blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, and may support the brain’s ability to maintain healthy connections between nerve cells.” - Dr Steve Allder, Consultant Neurologist at Re:Cognition Health
