Longer evening appointments allow you to switch off before really switching off to go to sleep. This evening I held space for a post partum Mummy to share the joys of weaning, while also creating a peaceful space for silence, stillness, and deep, calming breaths.
And one of the most magical moments, hearing the twilight sound of the blackbird singing, so clearly, reminding us that each day comes to a close and that we need rest.

The perfect sweet side with no refined sugars, just carrots, nuts and dates. The top is smooth blended cashew - deliciousness and my daughter likes it chilled just about 10 mins out of the freezer, so it is firm and cut into little bar portions.
